This is the whole policy. It is short because Dantes collects little. If anything here is unclear, email dan@dantes.ai.
What we collect
- Your email address, only when you type it in — to get the daily list, to sign in, or to see the detail behind a report. We never buy, scrape or guess addresses.
- Usage analytics through Google Analytics: which pages you open, what you tap, how long a scan took, and the campaign fields on the link you arrived from. Google sets its own cookies for this.
- Ad conversion data through the LinkedIn Insight Tag on the pages our LinkedIn ads land on, so LinkedIn can tell us an ad led to a signup. LinkedIn sets its own cookie for this.
- Server logs: page views, clicks and scan requests, with a random seat cookie so your Desk and your saved strategies are yours when you come back. These logs hold no email address.
- Broker files you upload to “Find the holes in your trading”, if you use it. They are encrypted on our server, only you can see them, account numbers are never kept, and one tap deletes them.
Why
- To send you the list you asked for after the 4:20pm PT close, and the matches your locked strategies find.
- To sign you in with a one-time link instead of a password.
- To send product updates from Dantes — rarely, and with the same one-click unsubscribe.
- To learn whether the product and the ads work: which pages people read, where they stop, which ad brought them.
What we never do
- We never sell your data, and we never share your email with anyone for their own use.
- We never execute trades, hold money, or ask for a broker login.
- No pre-ticked boxes, no hidden opt-ins, no “are you sure?” loops when you leave.
Unsubscribe
Every email Dantes sends carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Tap it and that email stops; nothing else is needed, no sign-in, no reason asked. Sign-in links are sent only when you ask for one.
Delete your data
Email dan@dantes.ai from the address you signed up with and we delete your account, your email, your saved strategies, your Desk and anything you uploaded, within 7 days, and confirm by reply. Uploaded broker files can also be deleted on the spot from the report page.
How long we keep things
- Your email and what you saved: until you unsubscribe from everything or ask us to delete it.
- Server logs: up to 12 months, then removed.
- Google Analytics and LinkedIn data: for the retention period set in each service; we hold no copy of our own.
- Uploaded broker files: until you delete them, or until your account is deleted.
Cookies
Dantes sets a seat cookie (so your Desk is yours; it lasts a year and is renewed on each visit) and a sign-in cookie once you have signed in. Google Analytics and LinkedIn set their own. You can block or clear them in your browser; the product still works, you just lose your seat.

Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything that affects what we collect or why is sent to subscribers by email before it takes effect.
